Apr\u00e8s 50 ans, des alt\u00e9rations m\u00e9taboliques, hormonales, musculaires, cardiovasculaires et cognitives \u00e9mergent, modifiant les besoins en pr\u00e9vention et en soins de sant\u00e9. Cet article synth\u00e9tise les donn\u00e9es scientifiques les plus r\u00e9centes sur les m\u00e9canismes du vieillissement et les strat\u00e9gies valid\u00e9es pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9
