\u00e9viter de la surcharger, alterner les cultures, lui laisser du repos\u2026<br>Ton corps, c\u2019est pareil\u202f!<br>Le \u201cterrain glyc\u00e9mique\u201d, c\u2019est l\u2019ensemble de tes cellules, de tes organes, de ton \u00e9nergie.<br>Ce n\u2019est pas juste une histoire de sucre, mais de stress, de sommeil, d\u2019activit\u00e9, d\u2019alimentation, et m\u00eame de relations \u00e0 tenir longtemps sans manger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prise de poids au ventre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sommeil perturb\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brouillard mental, manque de concentration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cicatrisation lente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"2-le-miel-n-est-pas-un-miracle\"><strong>2. Le miel n\u2019est pas un miracle<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Remplacer le sucre par le miel, ce n\u2019est pas la solution.<br>Le miel reste un sucre rapide.<br>Ce qui compte, c\u2019est la quantit\u00e9, la fr\u00e9quence, et surtout, de toujours l\u2019associer \u00e0 des fibres et des prot\u00e9ines pour ralentir son impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"3-les-6-leviers-pour-proteger-son-terrain\"><strong>3.
